We are new to the area and Brian was helpful and knowledgeable when speaking on behalf of the area, the differences of Findlay versus surrounding areas, and answered any question we came up with. Even after the purchase of our home, we have reached out to Brian for recommendations of plumbers, electricians, fireplace cleaners, etc. and he always was quick to respond and had a guy for us to contact. 100% would recommend working with Brian.
