Lynn is hands down the BEST realtor around! This was our first time buying a home, and Lynn made the process seamless! Since we are new parents to a 3.5 month old baby girl, the stress of parenthood made us weary of moving elsewhere too fast. An opportunity presented itself to us, and we couldn’t pass it up! Lynn was quick to say “when do you want to go look at it?”, and we were able to set up a time to go. She pointed things out to us that we may not have noticed as first-time buyers, and that gave us insight into some things to think about. Her attention to detail and meticulousness aided us in our decision to move forward. We decide we’d like to put an offer on the house- and she even met with us over the weekend to help us prepare all of the necessary documents. Her expertise, knowledge, and “motherly” touch made us feel comfortable working with her! She kept in constant contact to ensure everything was in place and keep everything on track. Monica Metzger was extremely helpful with finding our first house. She has got to be one of the most patient people I have ever met, she showed us somewhere around 50 houses and didn't give up on us. She helped us through the entire process and even helped when it came time to talk to the home warranty company because the furnace had stopped working. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
