After several months of looking for a home with 2 different realtors and no success we were pretty much deflated with the thought of becoming home owners. One home came back on the market and she immediately took us for a tour of the house and we fell in love and told her this is the one we wanted. I wish there was an option to give far more than 5 stars, because Erin deserves them all! Always responsive, had clear answers to ANY question I came up with, and really helped the whole process go so smoothly. With Erin I was always informed and up to date on everything, and she’s continued friendly check-in’s in the weeks after closing as well! We built an excellent relationship with her and any buyer or seller would be lucky to do the same.
