After several months of looking for a home with 2 different realtors and no success we were pretty much deflated with the thought of becoming home owners. We wanted to give it one more chance so we reached out to Joanne. Joanne immediately impressed us with her addictive positive spirit and take charge attitude. We told her what we were looking for and she devised a game plan and off she went. One home came back on the market and she immediately took us for a tour of the house and we fell in love and told her this is the one we wanted. Joanne right away took charge of the situation, played hard ball with the sellers not letting them take their sweet time and contacted us that our offer was accepted. She stood by us for every question, every concern and never let us down. I have never had much trust in realtors until we decided to go with Joanne. Best decision we have made and wished we would have used her services when we first decided to start looking. Joanne made the entire homebuying process clear, straightforward, and comfortable. As first-time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Joanne answered every question quickly and made us feel completely at ease with the process. Right from the initial phone call, Joanne was amazing to work with! She came to our first meeting totally prepared…she had done her homework! Joanne had the data along with the comps to back up her suggested selling price and a marketing plan to get our house sold quickly. Joanne is extremely knowledgeable of the local market and fantastic to work with! We received multiple offers after our open house and were under contract within days! The market we were working in was absolutely crazy-nuts! Joanne knew what was happening & quickly gave us sound advice for current neighborhood market home values. She was able to guide us in the right direction for the answers we were seeking for other questions we had, as well. We had asked about Lender's and Joanne was able to give us quite a few names of reputable company's for us to consider for our financing. Joanne was very responsive to our calls, texts & e-mails. There was a time when we wanted to take another look at the house, but Joanne was 'not meeting with anyone!' due to illness. Instead, she sent another colleague to meet with us, and we were able to communicate readily with Joanne. Joanne's knowledge & experience, along with her wonderful, bright personality; was so helpful in our decision making process, and we're so appreciative of that.
