Home purchase in February

Our agent, Carol Lily, was our Northstar through the maze of predator investors, rising prices and general chaos of home buying brought about by low inventory. She kept us appraised of pending properties and market strategies. Though discouraging at times, she kept telling us to keep looking. In the end, we prevailed, and got the home and area we were hoping for, due in large part to Carol's persistence.
