We found ourselves selling our home 1,000 miles away from our desired new location along the Delaware coast and needing to quickly find that dream home and sequence everything just right from selling to buying within days apart. We hadn't a clue where to begin! Patty was recommended to us through our local realtor and she was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way! At no point were our questions or concerns met with anything other than responsiveness and an exceptional level of care. She was honest with us and took the time to explain where we were at in the process and what was required in order to advance. Our realtor on the home selling end and Patty on the buying side were coordinated and in talks, ensuring that this little family made it to Delaware--not sure how common this is, but they sure did take care of us! She built instant trust with us to the point where a virtual tour of a prospective house was sufficient in our planning process. We found the perfect place to raise our family and grow into a new life chapter, and we simply cannot be more grateful to her. We found that every bit of what we had heard of Patty was true. She is the real deal--do not pass her up! Thank you Patty! What you do is lifechanging.

Victoria Vetter is an excellent real estate agent with great insight in getting a house ready for sale and completing the contract process. She had a signed contract with in days of the listing. She worked with us to find a new home, the negotiation process, provided insight for us to make informed decisions and kept us up to date during the process. I have recommended her to my friends.

Our family bought a home out of state. In a competitive market with so much new construction, Lisa and her team did an amazing job selling our home. Within four weeks, we had an offer. A few days after that, we were under contract. Lisa was responsive, great to work with, made our long distance sale so very easy and stress-free, it was just fantastic. Her team was just as responsive when she was away for a few days and they never missed a beat! They always made time for me, reassured me of where we were in the deal, stayed abreast of everything from the buyers' agent, and were 100000% worth their fee. To anyone relocating from another state or just making a local change, CALL LISA. Don't think about it, don't compare agents, JUST CALL! Best decision we ever made. Thank you!
