Cheryl was an actual rock star for us! This was our first home purchase and she guided us every step of the way with honesty, kindness, and patience. She was on our side, working hard on our behalf, making us feel comfortable and secure with each decision and step along the way. We are so grateful to have worked with such a caring and amazing agent!

Stephanie provided excellent Realtor services on the sale of our home. She was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the real estate process. She was able to help up process every scenario regarding the sale of our home. We know that choosing Stephanie as our realtor was one of the best decisions we could have made. We would recommend Stephanie for all of your real estate needs. If you want someone who will look out for your best interest and be available to communicate your needs, she is definitely the one. She was very personable and not pushy. She allowed us the time to think over decisions and come back with our decision. Stephanie is the best person for the job. We were beyond pleased with our experience. Thanks Stephanie....

Melody helped us buy a house in the Lake Oconee area. I have dealt with many real estate agents and I must say that Melody is the best! Melody is kind, considerate, thoughtful and always thinking one step ahead. She did everything in her power to make sure our transaction closed on time. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I look forward to doing business with her again.

If you are selling or buying i cannot recommend Tabitha Moore enough. She made a very stressful time so much better. Selling was something we never thought we would do so leaving the home was not just stressful but emotional for me. If it hadn't been for having her at my side and a text away I seriously would've been crazy by the end. We sold our home before it officially went on the market for over the listing price and had backup offers to go with that. She is amazing!!!!!!

The day I met with Patty Schwed for an initial walk-through, I knew that she was the realtor for me. She immediately began pointing out the good selling points of my home and how it could be marketed. Patty answered all of my questions promptly, fully and even brought up issues that I had not considered. She explained the selling and closing procedures in detail and provided knowledgeable, experienced advice and guidance. My home was on the market less than two months and due to Patty’s marketing skills, I received multiple offers. I appreciated that Patty did not jump at an offer just to make a sale. Patty only brought an offer to me that she thought was good, solid and the right offer for me. Patty was always optimistic that we would sell my home at an above market price. Patty was very accessible to provide answers to all my concerns and questions and always responded to my calls and e-mails within minutes. Selling a home for the first time can be quite stressful. Patty gave me peace of mind and encouraged me to have patience with the process. My home was sold as a “fixer-upper”. It needed work and a buyer with a vision of the home’s potential. Despite my home’s condition, Patty gave me the same attention and expertise as if I were selling a high-end mansion. To me, this professional trait is the hallmark of an excellent realtor. Patty made me feel as if I were her only client. Should I ever have the need to sell my current home, I will seek out Patty. I interviewed six other realtors and I am so glad that I chose Patty. I highly recommend Patty Schwed as your next realtor.
