Joel and his office did an excellent job. The amount of communication was outstanding, I was never left not knowing where we were in the process. Their knowledge of all the paperwork that was going to be needed allowed me to be ahead of the request so I never felt rushed.

As a first time buyer we didn't know how long the journey going to be and what question to ask. Mercedes did a outstanding job to help us find our home and we could not imagine a better agent to help us find our home and she was very gentle with my kids and they love her. she was very knowledgeable, her negotiation skill and attention for detail were outstanding. she was very flexible and her communication skill make it the process easy. she was always there to answer our question and went above a beyond for us to the point were we almost lost the house we have now. we highly recommend her for anyone who looking for their dream home

Shana offered excellent advice on the best way to position our property and that we should go after an investor rather than individuals. This turned out to be the right decision as the property was sold at an agreeable price within a reasonable length of time. She is very responsive and knows her market. She is also very pleasant to work with.

Penney is the most helpful agent I have ever worked with. Always available, pleasant and hard working. I had problems with mortgage agent and Penny stepped in and communicated with the agent on my behalf. Super person and super realtor. Thank you Penny.
