If you are selling or buying i cannot recommend Tabitha Moore enough. She made a very stressful time so much better. Selling was something we never thought we would do so leaving the home was not just stressful but emotional for me. If it hadn't been for having her at my side and a text away I seriously would've been crazy by the end. We sold our home before it officially went on the market for over the listing price and had backup offers to go with that. She is amazing!!!!!!

Tabitha did a great job. Very timely communication and knew the local market. Multiple offers in 48 hours. Great job with paperwork/contracts and was able to answer any questions I had. Would recommend.

I would recommend Tabatha with my eyes closed. She is excellent. So professional, great negotiator and watch over your interest. Available when needed and her business ethics are amazing. A rare to find. Such a great realtor. When time to be in the market again she will be my #1 to go.

Tabatha was wonderful to work with! She was flexible with my schedule, brought my attention to homes that would come on the market that fit my criteria, kept in touch and was always professional and friendly. On the offers I made on homes, I felt she always kept me up to date on the status of my offer. She helped guide me with making attractive offers to the sellers, while maintaining my budget. She was more than patient with me during my looking process. She showed me a good variety of homes in my area of choice. When it came time for finding the home I ended up purchasing, Tabatha continued to be nothing but amazing!! She answered at least a thousand texts, phone calls and emails quickly!! She was supportive and reassuring. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a home to use Tabatha.
