I rate Crayton in all 4 categorizes as a 5 star.  Crayton is an all-star, and is highly experienced, and good at his job.  I knew I wanted Crayton to be my selling agent during our first 2 min conversation. After meeting him, it was the icing on the cake. When my home went on the market, I immediately had many offers. Crayton strategically chose the best offer. I was in an agreement with a buyer within 2 weeks. My home was sold within 45 days.  I needed my home sold for a reasonable price, and as fast as possible. Crayton provided this. He is a "heck" of a negotiator. Crayton also patiently helped me purchase a home.  I needed to sell my home, purchase another, and schedule the closing dates to match my needs.  Crayton provided this for me. Crayton also assisted me at both closings. If I were to do another real estate transaction, I would definitely choose him again.

Jennifer, is the ultimate honest and caring professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate and gives her all to make sure you are successful. Each step was explained before I took it. She calmed my fears and listened when I was frustrated. She even took the time to answer my sons questions and calm his fears and he lives 2000 miles away.
