I rate Crayton in all 4 categorizes as a 5 star.  Crayton is an all-star, and is highly experienced, and good at his job.  I knew I wanted Crayton to be my selling agent during our first 2 min conversation. After meeting him, it was the icing on the cake. When my home went on the market, I immediately had many offers. Crayton strategically chose the best offer. I was in an agreement with a buyer within 2 weeks. My home was sold within 45 days.  I needed my home sold for a reasonable price, and as fast as possible. Crayton provided this. He is a "heck" of a negotiator. Crayton also patiently helped me purchase a home.  I needed to sell my home, purchase another, and schedule the closing dates to match my needs.  Crayton provided this for me. Crayton also assisted me at both closings. If I were to do another real estate transaction, I would definitely choose him again.

I have known Crayton Lankford for several years and have recommended him to several friends, all of whom have been very satisfied. He actually sold our house to a couple he had helped with a rental before, then found a rental for us and a year later handled our purchase of another house. Clayton is the most accomodating agent we have ever known and spent many hours driving us around and never rushing us. I can't say enough good things about him!
