I rate Crayton in all 4 categorizes as a 5 star.  Crayton is an all-star, and is highly experienced, and good at his job.  I knew I wanted Crayton to be my selling agent during our first 2 min conversation. After meeting him, it was the icing on the cake. When my home went on the market, I immediately had many offers. Crayton strategically chose the best offer. I was in an agreement with a buyer within 2 weeks. My home was sold within 45 days.  I needed my home sold for a reasonable price, and as fast as possible. Crayton provided this. He is a "heck" of a negotiator. Crayton also patiently helped me purchase a home.  I needed to sell my home, purchase another, and schedule the closing dates to match my needs.  Crayton provided this for me. Crayton also assisted me at both closings. If I were to do another real estate transaction, I would definitely choose him again.

Tony was recommended to us from our retired agent. We have no regrets. He was always looking out for our interest, advising us on what was going on, feedback from each showing as well as pros and cons to the offers. As a seller, working on my behalf, his negotiating skills are phenomenal. You want him doing your negotiations. Will use him again if the need ever arises.
