She is a full time realtor—not doing this as a “side hustle”—and is “all in” on pursuing her clients best interests. She knows the intricacies of the neighborhood, the greater area, what makes a home appealing, what improvements are most important, and how to get that done. Last, Susan has, beyond all the particular skills, a sort of “holistic” feel for a property and neighborhood that was earned and developed over years—she just “knows” and it was amazing to see her insights play out as she predicted. We appreciated her steady communications and her working so well with the buyers’ agent as well.
