Investing in real estate is something that I’ve been wanting to do for years. However, outside of the purchase of my home, I was fearful of taking the steps necessary to make the dream of owning multiple properties in addition to my home a reality. Nicole is most efficient as she learns about the properties of interest without hesitation, scheduled visits that fit my schedule, kept me abreast on the dialogue between her and the seller on my behalf, gave her honest and professional opinions, but left the decisions up to me. In addition, Nicole is a consummate professional. She is well schooled in how she conducts herself in business and how she relates to people. I’m certain that she is a highly sought after agent, but she exercised the ability to make me feel as if I were her only client. Her patience with the process was contagious and presented a calm that let me as her client know that we would eventually find the right deal and we did!
