Devita has been a dream to work with. I decided to put my condo on the market and buy another place a couple of months ago. I thought the entire process might take about 6 months, but I’ve already closed on my condo and the closing for the new home is scheduled for next week! This all happened to occur during an unexpectedly busy time at work so I’ve had to lean hard on Devita to handle all of the details. She has done so with the utmost expertise. Devitas knowledge of both the housing market and the various cities and neighborhoods in and around Atlanta is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable in home structure and architecture. She is very easy going with a dynamic personality. When visiting homes with you she takes her time and points out the pros and cons at each house to help you make the best and most informed decision. She's always prompt and well prepared and will spend as much time as needed when visiting a home. lastly what I appreciated the most was when I selected a home, the house I selected needed a few repairs. Devita has a list of very reputable and qualified craftsmen who specialize in home repair which was extremly helpful. My home buying experience was made so much easier thanks to Devita.

The process of getting our home sold was very smooth and Devita proved her value every step of the way. From her design sense in staging to her religious follow up during the listing process all the way to contract knowledge during contract phase. I have been through closings before and everyone is different, Devita has the personality and the ability to not only be agle and focused but also anchor the ship throughout the entire negotiations.
