She was extremely knowledgeable, and was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions from the beginning to the end of the home purchasing process, even when I was not sure whom the proper party was to ask! She was prompt and polite in her responses to my questions, and professional and efficient when it came to calls and meetings, very respectful of my time and willing to accommodate my extraordinarily busy schedule. Dani helped keep me on task, reminding me of deadlines or when something required my attention; I never felt rushed or felt anxious about any decision since she took the time to explain things and helped me feel comfortable during the whole process. I would highly recommend Dani for anyone looking to purchase property in the Atlanta area.

Joycelyn was absolutely superb in every way: Not only was she constantly available and unfailingly kind and helpful -- but she shepherded my husband and me through some complicated financing so that we could land (quite quickly as it turns out) in what he and I immediately identified as our dream home. On the flip side, she had great ideas and good contacts for fixing up our old home, and was able to drum up enough interest that it went for more than we had asked (and much more than any of the online sites had led us to expect).
