Joycelyn was absolutely superb in every way: Not only was she constantly available and unfailingly kind and helpful -- but she shepherded my husband and me through some complicated financing so that we could land (quite quickly as it turns out) in what he and I immediately identified as our dream home. On the flip side, she had great ideas and good contacts for fixing up our old home, and was able to drum up enough interest that it went for more than we had asked (and much more than any of the online sites had led us to expect). I unequivocally recommend Joycelyn to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

Julia stands out in every way possible as a realtor! She is very knowledgeable of the industry, an excellent negotiator, patient with first-time buyers/sellers, and competent with all the legal and administrative details of real estate in Georgia. Ken is an awesome agent. He made the process from start to finish, much easier to navigate. He was able to give me answers to the dozens of questions I asked. Additionally, he was always available to discuss details or new developments in my home buying process.
