Joey was a wonderful agent. Our house took a bit to sell due to circumstances outside of all our control (a crazy devolvement of the house next door and some issues with uninvited guests in the field behind our house), but he advised us well and stuck with it. Because of the situation around the house and in the neighborhood, we had a lot of showings but not a lot of offers, and Joey was regularly finding ways to push the house and highlight all the positives of both the home and the 'hood, as well as its location. He was creative and persistent with buyers and ultimately got us a strong offer, without pushing us to accept other, lower offers we weren't comfortable with. On top of that, he's just a nice guy to work with and was a pleasure to talk with every time he called. Highly recommend!
