Joycelyn was absolutely superb in every way: Not only was she constantly available and unfailingly kind and helpful -- but she shepherded my husband and me through some complicated financing so that we could land (quite quickly as it turns out) in what he and I immediately identified as our dream home. On the flip side, she had great ideas and good contacts for fixing up our old home, and was able to drum up enough interest that it went for more than we had asked (and much more than any of the online sites had led us to expect).
