Susan is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with on going through the house hunting process. Every time we went to look at a home she knew exactly what to look for that would show up on inspections and help us get an idea of what we’d be getting into with a home. She communicated very well, always available if there was something that needed to be done, which helped take away a lot of the stress first time home buyers might deal with. I highly recommend Susan and was glad to have her as our realtor.

When I was looking my needs included a large yard for my dogs, room for my crafts and canning, and not in town. My wants included being near water to go fishing. Melissa stuck with me until my wants as well as my needs were fulfilled. If I had questions, she’d learn the answers. We saw many houses that were great..except…too small of a yard, too small of a kitchen, too big of repairs needed. When we found the right one, we both knew it I think. My son and I are in the process of moving in now. We’ve already met great neighbors and contacts. Mostly, I feel like I have a friend for life. That’s how I can tell if I got the right realtor. I’m still friends with the realtor who sold me my previous home and that was 13 years ago.
