Our experience with Melissa as our agent was great!! We found out this property was for sale one day before leaving on a trip to Germany. As a result, Melissa quickly navigated through the challenges our imminent departure presented and secured a viewing of the property before we had to leave for the airport. We decided to make an offer on the property, and Melissa guided us through the process while we were out of the country. Melissa is the ultimate professional. She is very knowledgeable, and she treated us with attentive respect. I don’t recommend starting the buying process as you leave the country, but if you do, make sure you have Melissa working for you. She gets the job done very efficiently!
