My husband and I used Kim to sell our townhome in Alpharetta, GA. She was extremely patient, courteous, professional and extremely supportive. Our move started in March and went right into Covid-19 national shut downs. Kim went above and beyond to help us find a great house. From looking at homes in person to her conducting virtual tours that were informative and ultimately leading to our purchase. Kim's knowledge of the market and quick adjustment to our changing preferences, which changed a lot, was great. It was not easy, we looked at many homes and took several months but found our new home. She than went above and beyond by recommending us a contractor to work on projects we wanted to complete around the house. The contractor was A+! One of the best I dealt with.
