Jill provided assistance from the beginning of the process to the end. Jill listened to our needs and only showed us houses which fit our purchase parameters thus saving both of us time. Jill was professional in the negotiations with the Seller which allowed us to close almost 3 weeks earlier than the Seller's planned on leaving. Her assistance made the entire process enjoyable and we would highly recommend her to others.

Jill has been our realtor since 2014. She has assisted us in the selling and buying of 3 homes. We found that Jill is the consummate professional in assisting us in selling our homes and/or locating a new home to buy. With us, my wife is very difficult to please yet Jill found a very nice home for us at an excellent price. I feel the toughest job for a realtor is pleasing a husband and wife by bringing them together to agree on the home before them or agreeing on the selling price of the home they have on the market. She worked tirelessly with us for 9 months, never pressuring us to buy something and always consistently identifying great homes for us to look at. She was very flexible in her schedule, taking us to view homes on nights and weekends when it fit our schedule. Jill was very responsive, always open to check out a house on short notice or contact a seller to get more information. She is completely honest and trustworthy, always providing candid answers. If there was an aspect of a home she found concerning, she did not hesitate to let us know, which I found very helpful. She provided excellent advice in negotiating, helping us to make an offer that was appealing to the seller while securing a great deal for us.
