My husband and I were first time home buyers, and to say we had a smooth and good home buying experience is a major understatement! Kevin went above and beyond to help us in buying our first home. He spent time going over every detail with us. He proved over and over again that he was knowledgable about the area, the market, and the financial side. He walked us through each step, and made sure that we were pleased and taken care of. I pray we never have to move again, but if we do...we would use Kevin again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in this crazy market with Dave by my side every step of the way! From identifying properties based upon my needs & wants, working around my schedule to set up showings, submitting competitive offers, all the way to the closing table and beyond, Dave and Austin were top notch. In addition to superior professionalism, you get kindness, compassion and understanding of how looking for a future home can be so overwhelming. He also assisted my daughter and son in law with the same remarkable service. Let Dave help you with this life changer, he will turn this chapter into a game changer!
