My husband, son and I were lucky enough to get referred to Beverly Hart at Berkshire Hathaway in Suwanee, GA. Due to the quick sell of our home in Northern Virginia, we had a tight timeframe of ONE weekend to visit homes in Gwinnette/Forsyth Counties. We requested from Beverly to tour 11 homes over that weekend, which she accommodated with great enthusiasm. By the end of day 1 (Saturday) Beverly helped up place an offer on a house, and, due to the her awesome negotiating skills, by the next day (Sunday) we had an accepted contract! It was such a smooth process from touring to contract to closing, that we cannot recommend Beverly Hart enough!!

We recently sold our home with the help of Michelle Ballard from Solid Source Realty. It has been 10 years since we have experienced the home buying/selling process and I must admit through the help of Michelle we not only were blessed to have found such a wonderful relator to work with during this stressful time, she took the time to lead us into listing our home for much more than we thought we could sell for however by trusting her knowledge and understanding of the market we well exceeded our expectations. Aside from that we ran into some difficult hurdles obtaining financing given our income is from small business owners, through Michelles tenacity and resources we were fortunate to make our dream a reality by closing on our Dream Home! If you need a trusted advisor that isn't out just to sell a home, however to advocate for you the entire way, do yourself a favor and call Michelle Ballard, you will be glad you did!
