I wanted to sell my mobile home in Betmar Acres without using a realtor or a title company. I was just looking to save money. Katie was the buyer's daughter and they wanted her to handle the transaction and I'm so glad she did. It was very complicated for me to handle all the details as I don't do anything online or understand the process of how to sell a mobile home. She went above and beyond in every way from helping me get a flight home to Maine, a ride to the airport, packing my belongings, arranging transport for my vehicle, figuring out how to grt financing on this very old mobile, and all the contracts and the title process. She was there every time I needed her!
