Heidi and Emma assisted us with the purchase of our fifth property and having worked with multiple realtors in the past I can say hands-down these two ladies are the best. When you are purchasing a home, you have many questions at all hours of the day and night and I can honestly say I never waited longer than 15 minutes for a response to any question. To me that level of customer service was over five stars. We weren’t buying the Taj Mahal, but they sure did treat us like we did.

Vince & Alec Lamaida were very approachable, answered our questions quickly and made time to come see the house -we only were there for 4 days!-and offer suggestions before putting it on the market. Because of their assistance, we were able to avoid a 2nd trip from Michigan to FL to prepare the home. We chose Vince & Alec because a family member is a realtor in OH and had gone to a class that he had given on the Florida’s Real Estate Market. We were very happy how things were handled and closed a sale in just over a month’s time. We will certainly be passing his nome on to friends that plan on relocating to the west side of Florida.
