To say that Shirley Smith is “Realtor Extraordinaire” is no exaggeration. I recently came to Florida’s The Villages on an exploratory venture. I was referred to Shirley by my NC realtor who assured me that Shirley and I would be a good fit. Boy was she right! From our first phone conversation I knew I could trust her to work in my best interest even if we didn’t find the right house. But, to my surprise, on Day 2 we visited the perfect house. Shirley prepared the contract, ordered the inspection, reviewed the inspection report and steered me to a wonderful contractor for minor repairs and walked me through every step of homeownership in The Villages along with a good bit of cautionary advice. Prior to closing, she made sure that everything was in order. I am delighted to say that Shirley is now a friend I look forward to spending time with when my NC to FL move is complete!
