To tell you the truth, there are so many Realtors out there to choose from BUT Robert is exceptional. Robert was as real as it gets, he was honest, outspoken and worked my deal to perfection. Extremely knowledgeable, followed the market trends, he did his homework and went above and beyond for my family and I. Most realtors will do anything to close a deal, and I understand that completely. However when a realtor says, " This is the best they will counter and if you're not 100% comfortable, walk away...we will find you something that you are completely comfortable with." I ask you, WHO DOES THIS? He really does care about his clients wore than the quick buck. When people say, " I am here for you." it kind of puts you on your guard...it did me...BUT he did everything he said he would do and way more. After the closing he gave me some of his AWARD WINNING BBQ as he is a master BBQ'er.
