We worked with Stephanie to find a house in Saint Pete while we were still in Seattle. We visited over spring break in April and Stephanie had a lineup of houses to show us and drove us around for two days. She worked through the ups and downs of putting in multiple offers and helped us navigate permitting, insurance, and legal issues with some of the houses we looked at. After we left spring break empty-handed Stephanie didn’t stop her search. She ended up finding us the perfect house, showing it to us over video, and arranging time for our local family to go visit it. She worked with us to do a remote offer and we closed on time once we move to the Saint Pete area. Stephanie has my highest recommendation as a real estate agent in this area.

Melissa Yardy was an exceptional real estate seller. She took over the sale by making good logical instructions which we followed. Over all on a personal level, Melissa was always on time for appointments and made common sense appropriate ideas about the market. Her presentation was stellar. With 40 some images, She took you from assets in the neighborhood down to the smallest detail in the apartment. With her advice, we found a buyer in one of the worse condo markets ever. If I could give Christopher Sergakis 10 stars, I would. He is very knowledgeable on current real estate market trends for residential and commercial properties in Florida. Christopher was always available by phone or in person to answer all of our questions. He helped my husband and I secure a commercial property in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is my third time using John and I came back because everything was smooth with no surprises. He is very thorough and communicates constantly.
