Every real estate experience is different whether one is the customer, which we were in this case, or from my Wife's perspective as she is also an agent, albeit in Virginia. In our case, we had the normal experiences plus a couple of surprises. Happens every time! Kevin Vetter was the perfect agent for us. He is competent in his field, very knowledgeable of his product, firm but supportive of his client's "desirements", and quick to take action to resolve issues before they grow into bigger problems. We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies.
