Karen is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. This was a new process buying a condominium. She guided us through all the steps, helped us make sure the paperwork was done correctly and stayed on top of everything. Even while on vacation, she checked in with us and made sure things were moving along. Karen was diligent in making sure our appraisal was done on time, by reaching out several times to the listing agent. I can only describe Karen as AWESOME.
