Karen is forthright. We asked for, and Karen gave us a many suggestions about how to prepare our home for the market. She knows what needs to be done and how to market the home for the best possible experience. Karen is detail oriented. I was amused when Karen peeled the stickers off the fruit in the fruit bowl and tied the strings in bows on the patio furniture cushions before the professional photographer arrived, but that is the type of detail that makes a difference between photos that make the house look fabulous and amateur photos. Karen is resourceful. After the home inspection, we needed assistance from electricians, HVAC folks, plumbers, and roofers. Karen orchestrated quick estimates and repairs for us. She had no problem following up with folks after I got a run around when I tried. Karen is communicative. I asked Karen many questions, and she always answered thoroughly and promptly, even when I had questions about buying a home with another realtor (out of the area). She communicated with other realtors in the area about our upcoming sale as well, to our advantage. Karen is professional. She is not going to share gory details of her personal life or engage in long conversations about non-business matters. This does not mean she is unfriendly. She simply is focused on business matters and respects your time and her own time. I highly recommend Karen. I would use her as a realtor over and over again if I sold any more homes in Pinellas county.

Karen came out before we listed the house to tell us how to get the best price by staging the home with what we had. She has a good sense of what buyers want and the market. She did a good job of marketing the house as we sold in a week for a good price where townhouses in the area typically take more than a month. I highly recommend Karen for your real estate needs.

Karen demonstrated a lot of expertise from listing through contract and closing. She was also very helpful in coordinating inspections and repairs.
