My experience was wonderful, as first time buyers we had very little knowledge of the process she was on was very transparent and explained exactly what we needed to do and how to do it. We explained to her the location, what we were looking for and the budget we were working with and she delivered more than what was asked of her. Communication was flawless from the beginning of our search to the end of our closing. I would highly recommend her to a friend or family member.

We were looking for our new home in FL from KY, and although Rosie lined up numerous properties for us to see in person when we visited for a 10-day stay, we didn’t find the right place when we were here in person. That didn’t stop her! She continued to view homes for us even though we were back in KY finalizing the sale of our farm and packing to make the 900-mile move! We must have had her look at 10 more properties until she was able to find “the one”! She was kind enough to face time with us to “show” us the property and negotiated on our behalf. Rosie has an unstoppable energy and her enthusiasm is genuine! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the market and will not stop until you’re satisfied!!! We highly recommend Rosie and will most certainly work with her in the future!
