When I decided to sell the smartest decision I made was hiring Yvette to be my realtor. The sale was quick and easy. Yvette is fantastic to work with. After touring one of her Bird Key listings' open house (we fell in love with) and speaking with her, we ultimately used Yvette as our agent for the Buyer's side and are grateful we did just that. The transaction went as smoothly as anyone could hope for between all parties and Yvette was the keystone to make that happen. Yvette worked around the clock coordinating efforts between us and the Sellers to get us closed ahead of schedule per our request (from inspections, minor repairs, furnishings moved out, etc). She is a straight shooter that wants the best for her clients, whether it be the Buyer or Seller, and for all parties to be happy when it's all said and done. We highly recommend Yvette to anyone looking around Bird Key and/or Sarasota area in general and look forward to seeing her around! Thank you Yvette!

We can't say enough good things about Yvette. It's hard to even know where to begin. She makes things happen. We had items in our house that we'd been trying to get repaired for years, but to no avail. Once Yvette was on the case, everything was fixed in a timely manner. She's tenacious and energetic, but she's also patient, warm, caring, and delightful. She went above and beyond for us time and again, and she's someone we will be friends with the rest of our lives.
