Wendy Ross, PA

Wendy was very knowledgeable, proactive, responsive and empathetic. I could not have asked for someone better to work with!

Wendy has been a resource for us for 6 years. Everything came together on our first trip back to SW Florida since before the pandemic. In a little over 6 hours, we found a property, put an offer in with the builder, and signed a purchase agreement—and she put all that together for us! Wendy knows the quality differences between builders and ensured we got the best value for the price. In addition, she was instrumental in helping us find those “essential service providers” for pre- and post-settlement. My wife and I will miss working with her and would certainly recommend her to any of our acquaintances interested in moving to the SW Florida area!

Wendy was invaluable in the sale of my home in Sarasota!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Wendy Ross to purchase our beautiful new home, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond for us, taking the time to show us multiple houses and patiently helping us find our forever home. Wendy’s attention to detail and dedication truly stood out — she never made us feel rushed and always listened to what we wanted. When it came to the buying process, she made everything so much easier. I was feeling very overwhelmed with all the documents, inspections, and details involved, but Wendy guided us through every step with ease and confidence. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I highly recommend Wendy to anyone searching for a home. She’s professional, caring, and truly invested in her clients’ happiness. We’re so grateful for her help in finding our dream home!

Wendy Ross was so easy to work with, knowledgeable, and prompt. If you are looking to buy/sell in Sarasota or Manatee, we highly recommend!
