She even went so far as to email us videos she took on her own time which reflected higher levels of customer service. And although the closing should have been seamless, it wasn't....and she was right there, working on coordination with the listing agent to make sure the sellers remained comfortable. It all came down to the 11th hour and a wire transfer and she was there the entire way; we always felt like our goals were in safe hands.
