Joe is a native of South Florida. Growing up in the sun and fun of Florida has made Joe’s admiration of the Florida lifestyle a reality! After spending ten plus years working as Director of Human Resources for Macy’s corporate office in Georgia and New York City. Joe has made Southwest Florida his home. With years of Human Resources experience Joe understands and delivers impeccable customer service to everyone. He works to understand his customer’s wants and desires - to accomplish their dreams in finding the home that meets their needs. Joe enjoys finding the “right” castle for his buyers and getting the “best” price for his sellers. Joe was the President of the Board of Realtors in Bonita Springs/Estero, Florida. He has served as a Managing Broker and Team Leader for Keller Williams and other real estate firms. His associations include REALTOR, ABR(Accredited Buyer's Representative) Member of The National Association of Realtors; The Florida Association of Realtors; The Realtor Association of Sarasota & Manatee. Joe’s areas of focus are the Sarasota/Bradenton area including: Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Casey Key, Lido Shores, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island. Joe currently serves at Real Estate Consultant at the Keller Williams on the Water Sarasota office with the Charles Totonis Team.

Outstanding Realtor, the BEST of the Best

Joe Harris and his team did an outstanding job selling our home in Lakewood Ranch. He and Charles Totonis from his team are by far the BEST of the best of the realtors in the area (Sarasota County, Manatee County). They sold our brand new Stock home in a heartbeat to a great price, even though there was heavy competition from the builders in that community still under development. Not an easy task. Another realtor from a prestigious luxury realtor group in that area failed completely ! They have extremely good market knowledge, outstanding sales techniques, they are 100% honest sincere and credible. Our next sale is with them again ! Naturally ! Joe Harris is with Sotheby’s since a long time ago, not with Keller Williams as shown here. Sotheby’s is a world class network with Gold Medal Marketing and global reach !
