Wow. 3 hurricanes in 3 years and 2 of them in 2024. What a mess. A very poor real estate market at best. And WE decide to sell a modular home in this environment? Call us crazy. BUT we had an outstanding agent in Angie Murph along with superb support by LPT Realty. End of story: TWO OFFERS in THREE DAYS! One for cash and one with loan approval. Guess which one we accepted.
