In 2005, I was very anxious to move to Florida. Not being retirement age yet, Gail recommended that I consider employment before I purchase, and possibly rent. I followed her advise and rented, but could not find employment in Sarasota and moved back to Ohio. And now it is time to move back to Florida, and Gail is going to be my first contact in Florida. Gail Lidinsky had never forgotten a conversation that she and I had more than a year ago: "I'd consider selling my home in a lovely country club community, for the opportunity to 'downsize' into a condonminium near downtown Sarasota," I had said to Gail. I forgot that conversation; but, not Gail! Out-of-the blue, Gail called me after 12 months and asked, "Would you still consider selling your home?" Within hours she brought two prospective buyers, and before I knew it, my home was under contract to sell! No formal listing... no open houses... no trauma! What's more, I love the people who bought my house! Gail knew her prospective clients, she remembered my vague interest in selling, and she defeintely knows the market.
