Kate worked very hard in a tough market to get my house sold. We had a very difficult buyer that required a lot of extra time and effort on her part. She never lost her optimistic, cheerful attitude. And I considered her a good friend at the end of the deal. I have never heard a negative comment about Kate, as a matter of fact, she is considered the hardest working realtor in the area. It shows in her success rate how much time and energy she puts into her job. She consistently updates you on the market, the feedback and showings and gives honest opinions on asking prices, but readily listens to your opinions and needs.

Lainey is extremely helpful for a first time seller and has no idea to navigate. She was so fast in responding on all my questions and so positive with some hiccups.

Kris was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond helping me search for a home from out of state. He is very knowledgeable on the market, is a great communicator and listener, and is extremely professional. Kris is a great negotiator and made sure the entire process went smoothly. Cheryl was an amazing communicator from start to finish. We really loved how she was so straightforward and to the point. It's a tough market out there, and she was completely honest about what our home was realistically worth as the market shifted for the worse. It can be hard to hear that your home might not be worth as much as you'd hoped, but you want an agent who will be honest with you. That kind of trust pays off in the end. Because she was so direct and gave us a good estimate based on the market as it shifted (YES home prices based on the market are a moving target!) but we weren't disappointed when our home sold in the range she told us because she kept us informed and did not sugar coat what was happening in the housing market. We're so grateful for her guidance.
