Cheryl was an amazing communicator from start to finish. We really loved how she was so straightforward and to the point. It's a tough market out there, and she was completely honest about what our home was realistically worth as the market shifted for the worse. It can be hard to hear that your home might not be worth as much as you'd hoped, but you want an agent who will be honest with you. That kind of trust pays off in the end. Because she was so direct and gave us a good estimate based on the market as it shifted (YES home prices based on the market are a moving target!) but we weren't disappointed when our home sold in the range she told us because she kept us informed and did not sugar coat what was happening in the housing market. We're so grateful for her guidance.

Irina would always make time to help us through the homebuying process. We were out of the area at the time of buying and she was available by phone (call, text, video calls to show homes, etc.), email, etc., all days of the week and all times. She was very understanding and patient through the process. She spent time with us, learned and understood what we wanted, and then found listings specifically for us. As soon as property we wanted came up for sale, she worked to get the offer in and the sale processed. We think so highly of her as she has been so great and personable, and she has been on our side every step of the way. Her feedback, guidance and coaching has been special, and we wouldn't have gotten exactly what we wanted without her support!

We had the pleasure of working with Milanka on both selling and buying and she was amazing. We were selling our condo in a very tough market and she held open houses and put 100% focus on selling.
