Close friends who had recently purchased a house referred us to Yelena. From the beginning, Yelena made it clear that she was here to help us find our dream home. We looked at dozens of homes in an effort that lasted over 5 months and spanned three offers due to two houses dropping out of contention for assorted reasons. Through that period Yelena was always ready to help, very enthusiastic and encouraging and offering priceless advice. She ensured our offers provided relevant protective clauses for the buyer while still being attractive to the seller. Her communication skills are top-notch, and she always brings joy to the conversation. She is always available, fielding questions and finding answers at all hours, even during weekends. David Shabliy is an able and effective team member as well, and was always ready to help, with all efforts. We would not have our dream home without Yelena and David, and along the way we became wonderful friends.

Randy was fantastic to work with and instrumental in selling my house. The day I asked he and his wife to be my real estate team I had a family emergency. I told them I’d have to put selling my home on hold for a few weeks as I wouldn’t be able to do the last few details that needed to be done for photos etc. instead, they went in and took care of those details for me so the photos could be taken and when I was still out of town after the inspection, Randy made it to every appointment I set up remotely to let repairmen in the house and oversaw that the repairs were done properly. Randy and Sherry went out of their way to make my selling experience as stress free as possible as in the mix of all that I’m dealing with my own illness. I honestly don’t think I could have gotten that same experience anywhere else. If I ever bought or sold another house in the area, there is no one else I would call. They went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. I would recommend them a thousand times over!
