Joe was recommended to me by some friends who he helped find a home when they moved to the area. From day one he was quick to respond and answer any questions and concerns I had. At first I was hoping to find a rental but after looking at the rental market I decided to change to home purchase. Joe was quick to change directions and within 7 weeks I had not only found a home, with every single feature and specification, but Joe was able to help me close within 30 days. It was so fast I hadn't even finished my stay in my Airbnb. Joe and his team are friendly and informative and supportive and I highly recommend them.

Could not have found a more perfect realtor than John Carter, of Keller Williams, to help us with our journey in locating our retirement home. John is very personable, but also very professional and knowledgeable of the market. He gave us the feeling that there was never too many houses to go to and it was important to him that we find our perfect home. He answered all our questions and helped us with every step of the way to our closing. You made this whole experience very enjoyable for us. Thank you John!
