Unplanned for and Awesome!

My first conversation with Sue was not on my behalf, but as I grew comfortable talking with her I decided to inquire about properties available in Celebration. Now, 5 months later I'm settling into my new home! From day 1 Sue's wonderful personality and professionalism were very apparent. Due to her detailed knowledge of the process, understanding of the market, and overall experience as a Realtor, Sue aligned all of the steps required to move through initial offer, to inspection, to closing with no difficulty. After closing, she continued to stay involved while I was wrapping up affairs in another state. Not only did Sue recommend fantastic contractors, she remained involved by communicating with the contractors, arranging work dates, trouble-shooting any potential concerns, keeping her eye on progress, and sending progress pictures to substantiate great results. I highly recommend Sue Rinaldi, not only for her business acumen, but also her overall concern and wonderfully gifted persona!
