902 real estate offices in Poinciana

Bonnie and I have had four real estate exposures and all four ended up in a sale. In this last case the sale took just 10 days. In this economy and climate for land sales, that was more than I ever expected. I thought at lest it would take 4 months. I was surprised to say the least. Her and her team in this last sale helped coaching me it setting up the property for best "Curb Appeal" Thanks, as usual Bonnie.

The first time buying a home can be nerve-racking and scary but Claudia was beyond amazing. She was available for the excessive amount of homes I wanted to see and she was extremely responsive at all times. Whenever I had a question about the process of buying a home she was very knowledgeable and confident. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else looking to buy a home, especially if it is your first.
