Joseph helped the reviewer buy this property

Above and beyond

Joe was recommended to me by some friends who he helped find a home when they moved to the area. From day one he was quick to respond and answer any questions and concerns I had. At first I was hoping to find a rental but after looking at the rental market I decided to change to home purchase. Joe was quick to change directions and within 7 weeks I had not only found a home, with every single feature and specification, but Joe was able to help me close within 30 days. It was so fast I hadn't even finished my stay in my Airbnb. Joe and his team are friendly and informative and supportive and I highly recommend them.
