We found a home that we really liked that was very overpriced in our opinion. Joe explained the process researched the market agreed with us and negotiated with the seller from a very informed position. He got them down 60k from asking. We found a different house that we ended up purchasing but the house we didn’t buy sold for 45 k more than Joe had negotiated for us. I think that says it all. He also negotiated for our new home and we paid less than it appraised for. He’s the guy you want in your corner for a million reasons… but if you’re looking to feel really good about your new home… Joe is your guy.
