The entire transaction had to be coordinated remotely while we were overseas, and he made the process very smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, he guided us through each step of the process, and the property sold quickly at the asking price. He also worked closely with the title company to coordinate the remote closing, which we greatly appreciated. We would be very happy to work with Duke again and highly recommend him.

He truly made me feel cared for through this entire home buying process, and I can say with my whole heart that I now consider him a great friend.
