I was very happy with my experience with Stephan Hachey and FlatFeeMLS Realty. There was some paperwork for the listing that took a while, which Stephan walked me through. I also uploaded pictures of my property, some of which loaded sideways, but Stephan’s team fixed them. Once on the MLS, realtors called Stephan’s team to schedule showings. I had a buyer in three weeks, interestingly for $25,000 more than a "full-service" realtor said he could sell my house for, and he wanted a 6% sales commission. I only paid 2% plus $249, saving me around $10,000 in fees, and the house was under contract in about three weeks.

I unfortunately had two deaths in the family within six months of each other and had to sell two houses. Andrea was so kind and helpful during the process. When the sale of the second house got messy, she was supportive, professional, and was a great resource for all kinds of things I never would have even thought of. I'm so glad that I have a trusted realtor that isn't afraid to put in the work. And boy, did I make her work! I can't thank her enough.
