David helped our family sell our mother’s estate, and to say he did a phenomenal job is an understatement! From the very beginning, David made everything feel simple and stress-free. First off, he didn’t just throw a price on the home and hope for the best. He strategically priced it which helped it sell in less than a week. David was there every step of the way. We received thorough communication on any updates and instructions on what to expect next constantly. He negotiated hard for us and made sure to keep our best interests in mind. David is a true professional and was amazed at how hands-on he was. He coordinated contractors, clearly outlined what needed to be done to pass inspections, worked directly with the buyers lender, agent, and the title company to make sure everything ran smoothly and our questions were answered. He managed the entire process from start to finish. Before passing, my mother and father lived in the home for decades and what meant so much to me and my sisters was that it sold to someone we know will take care of it which wasn’t something we asked for at first, but it ended up meaning a lot to our family!
