We made the mistake of using a less experience realtor to try and buy a house, never again! Mark handled everything flawlessly and we closed within 3 weeks. If you want to get things done in a timely fashion Mark is your guy!

As a first time home buyer, I definitely made the right choice choosing Michael Markus as my real estate agent. Michael guided me through the entire process with sheer finesse. He made what can be a very stressful time for many people, fun and exciting. I felt confident and relaxed from start to finish. Michael negotiated a great purchase price and exceeded my expectations in finding out information about the area I chose to live. He handled every detail of my purchase, large and small, fast and efficiently. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about Florida living and the different areas of Florida. He is professional, ethical and through his pleasant demeanor, I felt totally at ease. I am moving from New York and Michael went above and beyond to answer all my questions and give me information regarding relocating to Florida. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Michael and I have already recommended him to a friend. 10 Stars for Michael! It is very clear that he has integrity and truly cares about his clients, their needs and providing them the best experience possible. I cannot thank him enough! Theresa Pratt

I needed to sell my mom’s house long distance and Steve was recommended by a friend of a friend. The house needed a lot of work and Steve was always a liaison for me with all workers. Making sure things were scheduled, followed through and final inspection of work. He was always keeping me updated on every aspect of preparation to sell. I can’t sing his praises enough!! If you are looking for a realtor who has your best interests in mind, Steve’s your guy. Though this was a long process for me, Steve stood by my side throughout.
